Beer with a view in Miedzianka
One of our favourite places is Browar Miedzianka, a small local brewery and restaurant in a stunning spot above the Bóbr valley. Sample the craft beers brewed on site, have a bite to eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the mountains from the terrace. It is especially beautiful here around sunset.

Tip: don’t arrive too late – Browar Miedzianka currently closes at 8 pm.
Polish cooking in Radomierz
In nearby Radomierz you will find Gospoda Przycup w Dolinie, a traditional Polish inn that we call “the log cabin” because of its striking appearance. A cosy spot for hearty Polish dishes such as żurek, potato pancakes and a variety of meat dishes.
Special occasions and fine dining
Something to celebrate, or in the mood for a special evening? Several castles and palaces in the area offer excellent dining in historic surroundings. For dinner at one of the castles, we recommend booking in advance.
Karpniki Castle
Our number one. The restaurant serves refined à la carte dishes in historic castle rooms; the kitchen combines Polish traditions with international influences. Their roast duck breast is the signature dish. Guests not staying at the hotel are advised to reserve a table in advance.
Łomnica Palace
Fine food in a wonderful atmosphere. Here you even have two options. The elegant palace restaurant gives old court dishes a modern interpretation and uses plenty of fresh, regional and seasonal produce, including vegetables and herbs from its own garden. There is also the more informal Old Stable Restaurant, serving more rustic Polish dishes.
Wojanów Palace
Dining with a view. The Garden Restaurant is in the palace and has a large terrace overlooking the historic park towards Śnieżka. There is also an atmospheric wine cellar in the palace’s 17th-century vaults, where wine tastings and a multi-course dinner with matching wines are offered.
