Domstolat Country House
An authentic country house for a wonderful holiday full of nature, adventure and relaxation.
Perfect for families and groups, whatever the season.
Welcome
Welcome to a truly special holiday destination
Domstolat is a comfortable, authentic country house in a beautiful spot in the green heart of Lower Silesia. It sits right on the babbling River Bóbr, surrounded by hills, woods and nature at every turn. The large garden, play barn and two garages give you all the space you need to enjoy time together, play and unwind.
One house, two holiday homes
Under one roof you will find two very spacious, fully equipped holiday homes. Each has its own entrance and its own part of the garden, so your privacy is guaranteed.
House A – River View sleeps 5 to 10 people.
House B – Country View is suitable for 2 to 6 people.
The homes can be rented separately, but they can also be connected on the inside. Together they form one large holiday house for up to 16 people – ideal for families, groups of friends or several households who want to holiday together while still having a place of their own.

Everything for a complete holiday
Time together, days out exploring, or simply doing nothing at all. At Domstolat you have the space, nature and freedom to make your holiday exactly what you want it to be.
Space
Room to be together and room to find your own spot. Domstolat comfortably sleeps up to 16 people, with a separate space for yoga, workshops and games, plus a large play barn for the children. Pets are welcome.
Beautiful in every season
In Lower Silesia you still get proper seasons: fresh green springs, pleasantly warm summers, a colourful autumn and atmospheric snowy winters. And while southern Europe gets hotter every summer, here it usually stays wonderfully mild.
Child-friendly
A safe 1,000 m² garden with a trampoline and fire pit, plus a large indoor play barn with a sandpit, table tennis and more. A playground paradise, whatever the weather.
Direct contact
Talk to the owner directly and book with him directly. That means a stay tailored to you, personal tips and that little bit of extra service – at an attractive price.

Room for everyone, whatever the weather
Play, explore and enjoy the outdoors. The huge 1,000 m² garden has flower beds, fruit trees, a little stream, a giant trampoline, picnic tables, a hammock, garden chairs, a barbecue and a cosy fire pit for long summer evenings together.
Weather not playing along? The fun simply carries on. In the large covered play barn, children can play to their hearts’ content in the sandpit, on the swings and the slide, or with table tennis and darts. Indoors there is also a playroom with a mini pool table and table football.
At Domstolat there is always room to play.
And there’s more
At Domstolat, evenings are truly quiet. No city lights or traffic noise, just the gentle sound of the river and, on clear nights, an impressive starry sky. Here you can unwind, sleep deeply and rediscover how wonderful a good night’s rest can be.

Outdoors
For nature lovers and active holidaymakers, Domstolat is a wonderful base. Head straight from the house into the hills, cycle along the river, go climbing, canoeing or horse riding – and in winter the ski slopes of the Giant Mountains (Karkonosze) are only a short drive away.

Castles
Within easy reach of Domstolat there are more than thirty castles and palaces in an area of just some 100 km². It is no coincidence that this region, the Valley of Palaces and Gardens, is often compared with the famous castle country of the Loire in France.

Guestbook
What guests say about Domstolat
Domstolat has the best reviews in the region. Here is a selection from the guestbook.
“This is a gorgeous, luxurious vacation home, very tastefully furnished, with a large, beautiful garden plus additional inside playground-barn. Located in a nice village, not far (by foot, car or train) from many sights, hiking and cultural opportunities, including a wealth of great restaurants at reasonable pricing. Loved nearby river Bobr and bird watching! Local contact Pawel is super helpful and friendly. Overall, just lovely – we plan to come again!”
“We had a wonderful stay in this large, characterful house on a three-sided farmstead, with three generations of our family. It is ideal for a family holiday – lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, living and play rooms, and a huge garden with places to sit and chill out. We especially liked how clean it was, the lovingly furnished interior and our warm-hearted host and his property manager Pawel. The quiet rural setting invites you to relax, while offering plenty of opportunities for trips out into nature, to the Giant Mountains and to historic castle ruins. Highly recommended for anyone looking for rest, nature and enough space for the whole family!”
“Back again with a group of friends. It has become so beautiful, and what luxury: all those lovely rooms and bathrooms, so much space, great showers. And still those gorgeous surroundings, the sound of the river, lots of walking. Springtime! Everything was in bloom and turning green. We loved it!”
“The house has been restored with real care for its history. Lots of space, fully equipped, a beautiful plot. Good access to the trails in the Rudawy. An exceptionally helpful and obliging caretaker on site. A perfect place for families or groups of friends to relax.”
